Zero Pocket AI is operated by Exodus North (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Account information (name, email address, password hash)
- Receipt and invoice images you upload or forward
- Financial data extracted from those images (amounts, dates, vendor names)
- Your Xero connection (OAuth token, organisation details)
- Device push notification token
- Usage data (AI processing costs per workspace)
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide the service — extracting receipt data with AI and submitting it to your connected Xero organisation. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
- Xero — to create bills and expenses on your behalf
- Anthropic — AI model used to extract receipt data (images are sent for processing)
- Mailgun — to receive forwarded emails containing receipts
Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us.
